3. Decision support — not advice

GoldMind provides market intelligence and decision support (including BUY, SELL, and WAIT). It is not personalized investment advice. You remain solely responsible for whether you trade, your position sizing, and compliance with your broker and local law.

4. Automation risk

Assisted and Auto modes can submit orders when enabled and when terminal permissions allow. Misconfiguration, connectivity loss, broker rejects, slippage, gaps, news events, and software faults can produce unexpected results. Prefer DEMO, keep Kill Switch discipline, and start in Advisory before Assisted or Auto on REAL capital.

On MetaTrader 5, REAL remains locked by default. On cTrader, REAL trading is not offered in the current product policy.

5. Data & platform limitations

Analysis quality depends on broker data, terminal health, symbol mapping, and news feeds. Missing safety data can force WAIT / fail-closed behavior. Platform capability differs between MT5 and cTrader (for example calendar availability).
