1. Agreement

By accessing https://goldmind.ai, creating an account, purchasing or requesting a license, downloading software, or using GoldMind AI, you agree to these Terms of Use and the related Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Refund & License Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or software.

2. Who we are

GoldMind Intelligence is published by Waamtech (WaamTech / Waamto commercial stack). Licensing, identity, checkout confirmation, and entitlements are operated through the WaamTech License Engine. The marketing website is not a second license authority and does not invent prices or plan capabilities.

3. Nature of the product

GoldMind AI provides trading intelligence and decision-support software for MetaTrader 5 and cTrader (subject to your license OS and platform scope). It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, portfolio manager, or regulated investment adviser. It does not execute trades at a broker on your behalf outside the licensed EA/cBot you attach under your own terminal permissions.

No website content constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to trade, or a guarantee of profits, accuracy, or future performance.

4. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks outside policy, unauthorized redistribution, or license-validation failures.

5. Licenses & scope

Software use requires a valid Trial, Business, or Lifetime entitlement associated with your GoldMind account. Unless License Engine terms state otherwise: One license covers one operating system, one trading platform, and one active device. Each license is scoped to one operating system and one trading platform (chosen at Trial or purchase). Buy another license under the same account for a different OS or platform combination.

To move to another device on the same OS and trading platform: deactivate GoldMind on the old device, then activate on the new device with the same license key. A different OS or trading platform requires a separate license.

Lifetime means perpetual entitlement to use the licensed product under Lifetime terms then in effect — not a promise of everlasting feature parity, hosting, or third-party platform availability. Business subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle you purchase; manage renewal and invoices from your portal where available.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell, or publicly post license keys or private download links.
• Do not reverse engineer, tamper with integrity checks, or redistribute builds.
• Do not attempt to bypass device, OS, platform, or trial eligibility controls.
• Do not use the software for unlawful market manipulation or prohibited activity.
• Comply with your broker, terminal vendor, and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Third-party platforms & AI providers

MetaTrader 5, cTrader, brokers, payment processors, and optional AI providers are independent third parties. Their outages, rule changes, or fees are outside our control. Optional AI Gateway keys remain your responsibility and must not be submitted through public website forms.

8. Disclaimers

Software and website content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free analysis, or profitable outcomes. Trading involves substantial risk of loss — see the Risk Disclosure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waamtech and affiliates are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, WAIT outcomes, broker rejections, data gaps, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid for the specific license term giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
