Every user-facing setting destination with its exact options, released defaults, effect on trading, and safety implications.
Settings are organised into fifteen destinations in the in-product Settings tab. Each destination owns its own Reset, so resetting one group cannot alter a hidden sibling or quietly change a session gate. Defaults below are the released production defaults — conservative and fail-closed by design.

Execution mode
Advisory · Assisted · Auto
Advisory
Advisory never places orders. Assisted requires your explicit PLACE. Auto may place only while armed.
Trading style
Normal · Scalping
Normal
Changes decision horizon and behaviour. Each lane arms AUTO independently.
Trading mode preference
Follow account · DEMO · REAL
Follow account
Follows the MT5 account type unless pinned. A REAL pin on a DEMO account does not create REAL access.
Maximum allowed spread
Points
80
Entries are refused while the spread exceeds this. Lower is stricter.
Maximum entry deviation
Points
50
How far price may move from the planned entry before the entry is abandoned.
Maximum AUTO signal age
Seconds
300
An AUTO decision older than this is treated as stale and not acted on.
AUTO decision interval
Minutes (0 = default cadence)
0
0 keeps the standard bar cadence. A value spaces AUTO decisions further apart.
Symbols
Setting
Options
Default
Effect on trading
Primary symbol
A canonical symbol profile
XAUUSD
The symbol profile used for analysis and sizing behaviour.
Watch symbols
Broker symbol names
Chart symbol on first save

Disabled watch symbols
Broker symbol names
Empty
Symbols explicitly excluded from the watch set.
Multi-symbol mode
On · Off
Off
Off keeps the instance focused on its own chart symbol.
Brokers often suffix symbols (for example XAUUSD.a). An unmapped symbol stays fail-closed rather than being traded on a guess, and a canonical profile means the architecture supports the symbol — not that it is equally validated.

Medium impact — before / during / after
Minutes
15 / 10 / 15
The blocking window around a medium-impact event.
News refresh interval
Seconds
60
How often news state is refreshed.
Dependency: news protection needs calendar and headline data. On MT5 that means the WebRequest allow-list in MT5 Setup. On cTrader the calendar provider is not bound, so protection ON fails closed and a manual countdown is not news clearance. Data older than the staleness bound is treated as missing.
